I work as an Organizational Change Management Consultant for Epsilon, a leader in outcome based marketing and part of the Publicis Groupe which is the third largest media communications group in the world.

As a Change Management Consultant, I'm responsible for leading my clients through major transformational change initiatives with the goal to improve their Marketing organizations. I do this by improving their People, Process, and Technology:

1. People: redesign their Marketing Org to align with their new goals and KPIs. For example, moving from a silo'd org focused on products to a customer-centric design. I also improve employee's marketing capabilities so they can thrive in this new environment.


2. Process: I'm Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and I use these tools to map current and future-state processes while identifying improvements to lower operational costs and improve ROI.


3. Technology: once people have been trained and processes are in place, then you can implement new technologies. I specialize in tools that improve workflow and automate tasks. I've also begun exploring Intelligent Automation and how it can apply to marketing teams to reduce the need for manual and repetative tasks.

I'm also skilled on change management best-practices and finding innovative ways to help leaders manage their teams through a change initiative.
