Leadership

I've been a people leader for close to 15 years managing both small and large organizations. From team sizes in the single digits to entire departments with 100+ employees and across multiple countries (US, Costa Rica, France, UK, and Italy).

I would describe my leadership style as transparent and honest. I believe the responsibility of a leader is to unleash the potential of their employees, which means exposing them to different ways of working, succession planning, expectation setting, and career development.

I like to experiment with my teams to test out new ways of working to improve performance and employee satisfaction.
